asterisk-prompt-it software package provides Italian voice prompts for the Asterisk PBX, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asterisk-prompt-it
asterisk-prompt-it is installed in your system.
Make ensure the asterisk-prompt-it package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep asterisk-prompt-it *
You will get with asterisk-prompt-it package name, version, architecture and description in a table
