aspell-bg software package provides Bulgarian dictionary for aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-bg
aspell-bg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-bg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-bg *
You will get with aspell-bg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
