How to Install steam-user NPM Packages on Ubuntu / Debian

How to Install steam-user software package in NPM Packages

steam-user : Steam client for Individual and AnonUser Steam account types. You can installing steam-user npm packages, there are two ways to install this module locally and globaly. -g option is specified to global. Execute the below command.

$ sudo npm install steam-user
$ sudo npm install -g steam-user

If want to update the steam-user package execute the command as below,

$ sudo npm update steam-user

Update package globally,

$ npm install -g steam-user

Git clone:

$ sudo  git clone https://github.com/rektide/steam-user.git
$ sudo  npm install -g ./steam-user

steam-user@3.23.2 /usr/lib/node_modules/steam-user

How to remove steam-user package :

You can uninstall or remove this package from your node_modules run the command as below,

$ sudo npm uninstall steam-user
