$ sudo npm install multiline
$ sudo npm install -g multiline

If want to update the multiline package execute the command as below,

$ sudo npm update multiline

Update package globally,

$ npm install -g multiline

Git clone:

$ sudo  git clone https://github.com/rektide/multiline.git

$ sudo  npm install -g ./multiline

multiline@1.0.2 /usr/lib/node_modules/multiline

How to remove multiline package :

You can uninstall or remove this package from your node_modules run the command as below,

$ sudo npm uninstall multiline
