forever : A simple CLI tool for ensuring that a given node script runs continuously (i.e. forever). You can installing forever npm packages, there are two ways to install this module locally and globaly. -g option is specified to global. Execute the below command.
$ sudo npm install forever $ sudo npm install -g forever
If want to update the forever package execute the command as below,
$ sudo npm update forever
Update package globally,
$ npm install -g forever
$ sudo git clone https://github.com/rektide/forever.git
$ sudo npm install -g ./forever
forever@0.15.3 /usr/lib/node_modules/forever
You can uninstall or remove this package from your node_modules run the command as below,
$ sudo npm uninstall forever
