isenkram software package provides Suggest packages to install when inserting new hardware (GUI popup), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install isenkram
isenkram is installed in your system.
Make ensure the isenkram package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep isenkram *
You will get with isenkram package name, version, architecture and description in a table
