ipv6-modules-4.7.0-1-marvell-d software package provides IPv6 driver, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ipv6-modules-4.7.0-1-marvell-d
ipv6-modules-4.7.0-1-marvell-d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ipv6-modules-4.7.0-1-marvell-d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ipv6-modules-4.7.0-1-marvell-d*
