ioquake3-server software package provides Engine for 3D first person shooter games - server and common files, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ioquake3-server
ioquake3-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ioquake3-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ioquake3-server *
You will get with ioquake3-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
