iceweasel-pwdhash software package provides virtual package provided by xul-ext-pwdhash, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-pwdhash
iceweasel-pwdhash is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceweasel-pwdhash package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iceweasel-pwdhash*
You will get with iceweasel-pwdhash package name, version, architecture and description in a table
