iceweasel-l10n-gu-in software package provides Gujarati (India) language package for Iceweasel - Transitional package, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceweasel-l10n-gu-in
iceweasel-l10n-gu-in is installed in your system.
