How to uninstall or remove icedove-personasplus software package from Debian 9 (Stretch)

You can uninstall or removes an installed icedove-personasplus package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove icedove-personasplus

Uninstall icedove-personasplus including dependent package

If you would like to remove icedove-personasplus and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove icedove-personasplus

Use Purging icedove-personasplus

If you use with purge options to icedove-personasplus package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge icedove-personasplus

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove icedove-personasplus
