ibus-libzhuyin software package provides New Zhuyin engine based on libzhuyin for IBus, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-libzhuyin
ibus-libzhuyin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-libzhuyin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-libzhuyin *
You will get with ibus-libzhuyin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
