hyperv-modules-4.7.0-1-amd64-d software package provides Hyper-V modules, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hyperv-modules-4.7.0-1-amd64-d
hyperv-modules-4.7.0-1-amd64-d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hyperv-modules-4.7.0-1-amd64-d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hyperv-modules-4.7.0-1-amd64-d*
