hunspell-tl software package provides virtual package provided by myspell-tl, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-tl
hunspell-tl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-tl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-tl*
You will get with hunspell-tl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
