hunspell-fr-revised software package provides French dictionary for hunspell (revised version), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-fr-revised
hunspell-fr-revised is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-fr-revised package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-fr-revised *
You will get with hunspell-fr-revised package name, version, architecture and description in a table
