hunspell-cs software package provides Czech dictionary for hunspell, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-cs
hunspell-cs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-cs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-cs *
You will get with hunspell-cs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
