How to Install htpdate software package in Debian 9 (Stretch)

htpdate software package provides HTTP based time synchronization tool, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install htpdate

htpdate is installed in your system.

Make ensure the htpdate package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep htpdate *

You will get with htpdate package name, version, architecture and description in a table
