hexen-engine software package provides virtual package provided by doomsday, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hexen-engine
hexen-engine is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hexen-engine package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hexen-engine*
You will get with hexen-engine package name, version, architecture and description in a table
