heroes-common software package provides transitional package for heroes, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install heroes-common
heroes-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the heroes-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep heroes-common *
You will get with heroes-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
