haskell-relational-record-dev software package provides metapackage of Relational Record, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install haskell-relational-record-dev
haskell-relational-record-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the haskell-relational-record-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep haskell-relational-record-dev *
You will get with haskell-relational-record-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
