haskell-cpphs-doc software package provides virtual package provided by libghc-cpphs-doc, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install haskell-cpphs-doc
haskell-cpphs-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the haskell-cpphs-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep haskell-cpphs-doc*
You will get with haskell-cpphs-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
