gtk3-nocsd software package provides Disable Gtk+ 3 client side decorations (CSD), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gtk3-nocsd
gtk3-nocsd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gtk3-nocsd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gtk3-nocsd *
You will get with gtk3-nocsd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
