gstreamer1.0-videosink software package provides virtual package provided by gstreamer1.0-dvswitch, gstreamer1.0-x, gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad, gstreamer1.0-plugins-good, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-videosink
gstreamer1.0-videosink is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gstreamer1.0-videosink package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gstreamer1.0-videosink*
You will get with gstreamer1.0-videosink package name, version, architecture and description in a table
