How to uninstall or remove greenbone-security-assistant-c software package from Debian 9 (Stretch)

You can uninstall or removes an installed greenbone-security-assistant-c package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove greenbone-security-assistant-c

Uninstall greenbone-security-assistant-c including dependent package

If you would like to remove greenbone-security-assistant-c and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove greenbone-security-assistant-c

Use Purging greenbone-security-assistant-c

If you use with purge options to greenbone-security-assistant-c package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge greenbone-security-assistant-c

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove greenbone-security-assistant-c
