How to uninstall or remove google-tasks-sync software package from Debian 9 (Stretch)

You can uninstall or removes an installed google-tasks-sync package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove google-tasks-sync

Uninstall google-tasks-sync including dependent package

If you would like to remove google-tasks-sync and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove google-tasks-sync
Use Purging google-tasks-sync

If you use with purge options to google-tasks-sync package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge google-tasks-sync

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove google-tasks-sync
