google-android-build-tools-18- software package provides Google build tools 18 for Android (aapt, aidl, dexdump, dx), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install google-android-build-tools-18-
