How to uninstall or remove golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo software package from Debian 9 (Stretch)

You can uninstall or removes an installed golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo

Uninstall golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo including dependent package

If you would like to remove golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo

Use Purging golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo

If you use with purge options to golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove golang-gopkg-mcuadros-go-syslo
