golang-github-thecreeper-go-no software package provides implementation of the GNOME DBus Notifications Specification, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-thecreeper-go-no
golang-github-thecreeper-go-no is installed in your system.
