golang-github-oschwald-maxmind software package provides MaxMind DB Reader for Go, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-oschwald-maxmind
golang-github-oschwald-maxmind is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-oschwald-maxmind package were installed using the commands given below,
