golang-github-hashicorp-go-cle software package provides Functions for accessing clean Go http.Client values, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-hashicorp-go-cle
golang-github-hashicorp-go-cle is installed in your system.
