golang-github-googleapis-proto software package provides Generated proto and gRPC classes for Google, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-googleapis-proto
golang-github-googleapis-proto is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-googleapis-proto package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-github-googleapis-proto*
