golang-github-cpuguy83-go-md2m software package provides utility to create manpages from markdown (source), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-github-cpuguy83-go-md2m
golang-github-cpuguy83-go-md2m is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-github-cpuguy83-go-md2m package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-github-cpuguy83-go-md2m*
