go-i18n software package provides virtual package provided by goi18n, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install go-i18n
go-i18n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the go-i18n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep go-i18n*
You will get with go-i18n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
