gnuplot5-qt software package provides virtual package provided by gnuplot-qt, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnuplot5-qt
gnuplot5-qt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnuplot5-qt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnuplot5-qt*
You will get with gnuplot5-qt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
