gnome-software-plugin-flatpak software package provides Flatpak support for GNOME Software, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-software-plugin-flatpak
gnome-software-plugin-flatpak is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-software-plugin-flatpak package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-software-plugin-flatpak *
You will get with gnome-software-plugin-flatpak package name, version, architecture and description in a table
