gnome-software-common software package provides Software Center for GNOME (common files), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-software-common
gnome-software-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-software-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-software-common *
You will get with gnome-software-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
