globus-xio-dbg software package provides virtual package provided by libglobus-xio-dbg, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install globus-xio-dbg
globus-xio-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the globus-xio-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep globus-xio-dbg*
You will get with globus-xio-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
