gfortran-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 software package provides GNU Fortran 95 compiler for the mips64 architecture, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfortran-mips64-linux-gnuabi64
gfortran-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfortran-mips64-linux-gnuabi64 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfortran-mips64-linux-gnuabi64*
