gfortran-5-powerpc-linux-gnusp software package provides GNU Fortran compiler, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfortran-5-powerpc-linux-gnusp
gfortran-5-powerpc-linux-gnusp is installed in your system.
