gem-plugin-video software package provides virtual package provided by gem-plugin-dv4l, gem-plugin-dc1394, gem-plugin-unicap, gem-plugin-v4l2, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gem-plugin-video
gem-plugin-video is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gem-plugin-video package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gem-plugin-video*
