geda-gnetlist software package provides GPL EDA -- Electronics design software (netlister), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install geda-gnetlist
geda-gnetlist is installed in your system.
Make ensure the geda-gnetlist package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep geda-gnetlist *
You will get with geda-gnetlist package name, version, architecture and description in a table
