You can uninstall or removes an installed gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l

Uninstall gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l including dependent package

Use Purging gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l
