How to uninstall or remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l software package from Debian 9 (Stretch)

You can uninstall or removes an installed gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l package itself from Debian 9 (Stretch) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l

Uninstall gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l including dependent package

If you would like to remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l

Use Purging gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l

If you use with purge options to gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gcc-5-plugin-dev-powerpc64le-l
