gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl software package provides Gambas OpenGL component with QT4 toolkit, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl
gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl *
You will get with gambas3-gb-qt4-opengl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
