galera3 software package provides virtual package provided by galera-3, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install galera3
galera3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the galera3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep galera3*
You will get with galera3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
