flare-data software package provides Meta package to deal with package name changes in Flare 0.19, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flare-data
flare-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flare-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flare-data *
You will get with flare-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
