fis-gtm software package provides metapackage for the latest version of FIS-GT.M database, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fis-gtm
fis-gtm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fis-gtm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fis-gtm *
You will get with fis-gtm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
