firefox-toggle-proxy software package provides virtual package provided by xul-ext-toggle-proxy, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firefox-toggle-proxy
firefox-toggle-proxy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firefox-toggle-proxy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firefox-toggle-proxy*
You will get with firefox-toggle-proxy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
