firebird-utils software package provides virtual package provided by firebird3.0-utils, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firebird-utils
firebird-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firebird-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firebird-utils*
You will get with firebird-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
