field3d-tools software package provides command-line tools for Field3D, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install field3d-tools
field3d-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the field3d-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep field3d-tools *
You will get with field3d-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
