fastqtl software package provides Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) mapper in cis for molecular phenotypes, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fastqtl
fastqtl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fastqtl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fastqtl *
You will get with fastqtl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
